Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Southwestern Consulting’s Coaching Business is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is responsible for providing marketing services alongside our Marketing Team to serve our 100+ Certified Sales & Leadership Coaches.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Creating and reporting on Social Media and PPC marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for providing new coaches with their marketing package.
  • Routinely updates our WordPress website and Learning Management System.
  • Create systems within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, Infusionsoft.
  • Plan marketing materials for local and international training events.


Job Requirements:

  • Technically savvy and enjoys problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn and promote Southwestern Consulting’s sales principles.
  • Ability to independently learn digital marketing strategies.


Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with or ability to learn Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred.
  • Able to quickly learn new operations, technology, and skills.
  • Excellent at spelling and grammar.
  • MUST be detail oriented, well-organized, and able to set priorities.
  • Strong communication skills in person and online.
