How to Be Healthy, Rich, Happy and Successful

We want to be healthy.

We want to be rich.

We want to be happy.

We want to be successful.

This is the time of year when people get fired up talking about their goals, and making them a reality.

This year, though, I want to encourage you to do something a little differently.

And it’s super simple.

Here it is: Don’t focus on being health, rich, happy and successful.

Wait, what? OK, of course, you should dream of those things – sometimes you need to let your mind wander and get into a creative space where you imagine what your future looks like.

But the thing is, you don’t richer or happier by focusing on those specific things.

You get there by focusing on something else.

And I believe if you focus on this one thing, you’ll achieve being healthier, happier, richer and more successful in 2018.

At Southwestern Consulting, one of the things we do is coach people. That means we’re always analyzing and studying what ultra-performers do that everybody else doesn’t.

I’m going to tell you one thing you can learn to do that makes everything else possible.

Here it is: In 2018, focus on being disciplined.

Don’t focus on being healthy, rich, happy and successful.

During the day, focus on becoming a person who does the things you should be doing, even when you don’t want to do them.

What will happen is inevitably you’ll do all the things you need to do to become healthier, richer, happier and more successful.

I bet you’ll even watch yourself become a great leader and inspire others to achieve their goals.

Take pride in being someone who takes action regardless of how they’re feeling. Be someone who masters their emotions. Stay disciplined.

To recap: To be healthy, rich, happy and successful, don’t focus on those things.

Focus on becoming disciplined.

All of these other wonderful things – health, wealth, happiness and success – will become available to you.

It’s just the way of the world. And we see it consistently with the ultra-performers with whom we work.

Plus, we want to invite and encourage you to request a free call with one of our coaches. We can help you get in the right mindset to make 2018 the year you reach your goals.

I will do those things that i don’t like to do!
