A 27-year veteran of the sales industry, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership expertise to Southwestern Consulting. During his eleven-year tenure at MarketSource, Jim managed several key accounts for MarketSource, including Apple, AT&T, Avaya, and Comcast, which each grew their revenues by the millions under Jim’s leadership. Jim also served as an executive director for the client services team, leading numerous retail sales organizations for companies including IBM, Palm, Time Warner, and Verizon.

Jim has a demonstrated track record of building sales organizations known for their innovation and customer focus. Throughout his career, Jim has led all aspects of the sales and marketing development. Jim was called on by Whirlpool Corporation to co-author a patent application for an in-home customer service process.

Jim graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a dual degree in Economics and History. He and his wife of 28 years live just outside of Austin in the Hill Country. They have two grown children that reside in Washington, DC metro area, and Los Angeles.
