To elevate your energy level during your prospecting phone calls, STAND UP!

I have done both a standard sitting desk and then also one that stands, and the difference in energy levels is astronomical.

Today is my third out of four tips for maximizing your golden hours. If you’re a sales manager and you are making recruiting calls, and you are looking for more energy throughout your day, STAND UP!

You will get better results in that prospecting time if you stand up. If you guys do not have a standing desk, I tell you. It does make a big difference. You’ll find that you have better momentum. You can move around. The energy comes through in your voice as well.
It makes a massive difference in the way that you feel throughout your day.
