How to Conquer FTI

I want to talk with you about something that can get in the way of you accomplishing big goals and target deadlines that you set in your sales business.

It’s an acronym that we call FTI- Failure to Implement.

Failure to implement doesn’t stunt your sales growth. It leaves you feeling discouraged. The “Failure” part of the acronym becomes bigger and bigger in your mind and will eventually take over.

FTI comes at a huge cost. It costs us:

1. Time
2. Productivity
3. Opportunities

The good news? We don’t have to get stuck in the FTI cycle. The number one fix I’ve found time and time again in my sales clients? Sheer accountability.

And the best kind of accountability? Putting money on the line and sharing your goals with people.

Those two things drive that desire for accomplishment because there is something to lose. I recently hired a company to help me that I was going to make five videos a week for you all. That is a lofty goal. One that I could easily find excuses not to implement.

So, I challenge you to tell people about your goals; people who will hold you accountable and help you conquer FTI and start to experience the abundance that comes with follow through.
