The average salesperson that completes one year in the Southwestern Consulting coaching curriculum increases their personal income by 23%, and many of Dustin’s coaching clients have seen their income double, triple or more.

More than just a teacher of sales, Dustin is a Top-Producing practitioner.  As a dealer for Southwestern Advantage, the oldest direct sales company in the U.S., he finished as the #1 salesperson among over 3,000 salespeople worldwide. Two years later he broke the 155-year-old all-time sales record earning a profit of over $100,000 in a 14-week summer. Today, in addition to helping lead the company, Dustin continues to also be one of the top personal producers at Southwestern Consulting.

More than just a teacher of sales management, business operations and leadership, Dustin’s personal sales team is the Southwestern Consulting Top-Producing record-breaking sales team, and he manages one of the best operation teams in the world. Dustin spends his time running the coaching division of Southwestern Consulting and manages the various departments within the company including coaching content curation and marketing, operations, customer service, accounting etc. When not helping run the business he spends most of his time personally recruiting or in the trenches selling and working directly with his sales team helping them break personal belief barriers, recruit their own team and lead the company by the pace and example they set. His goal is to help lead the leaders and help them lead their teams… and by focusing on building people, that will continue building a great company.

Dustin is one of the world’s premier Sales and Leadership Behavioral Specialists. One of his specific areas of expertise is in helping salespeople and leaders better read their prospects and team members so they can connect more effectively to build stronger relationships and close more sales. Dustin has a degree in Psychology and is the co-author of the book Navigate 2.0: Selling the Way People Like to Buy, author of Navigate, creator of Navigate: How to Create a Referral System audio training series, co-author of Speaking of Success (along with Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard and Jack Canfield).
