Amber Lethem is a Certified Professional Sales and Leadership Coach. She specializes in teaching ethical sales techniques and strategies that individuals and teams can use to immediately grow their sales.

As a top salesperson and business builder, Amber lives the statement “Lead by Example.”

She was raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and habitually pursues challenges.

While a sophomore in college, she began her sales career with Southwestern Advantage selling educational resources door-to-door. She consistently averaged over an 85-hour workweek, building her business in states such as Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Virginia.

Upon receiving her BA in International Relations from Baylor University, she relocated to Atlanta to teach other college students the same skills and success principles that influenced her.

With a passion for generational impact and helping young adults reach their full potential, she brought multiple top sales teams and built the #1 Organization worldwide in 2015.

Outside of work, Amber’s go-getter attitude pours right into her active and adventurous lifestyle. She has been an avid scuba diver since the age of 15 and delights in traveling, hiking, running, sailing, and kickboxing.

Most recently, Amber crossed off her #1 “Bucket List” item by backpacking solo through Southeast Asia.
