Aaron Barker is a devoted husband, father of three, and student of sales. Along with being a goal-oriented sales and prospecting professional, Aaron has a strong passion for serving people and is skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and team leadership.

Aaron started his professional sales career with Southwestern Advantage and sold educational books and software to families in their homes across four different states. He achieved the highest increase of any producer in his group, field-trained 20 of his peers, and spent his final year leading an organization of 17 students.

Building on his career in sales, Aaron has led the development of new business ventures for Fortune 500 companies like Cintas and Ace Hardware, while also assisting the launch of multiple small businesses in the Cincinnati area as well as Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. Each of these business ventures are currently supporting orphan care work being done in Haiti, Nigeria, India, and Mexico.

Aaron spends his days doing CrossFit, serving other sales professionals, raising kids with his wife, and golfing as frequently as possible!
